Martha Rodman

Martha Rodman is pleased to announce her association with Pacific Union International and Christie’s Great Estates since 2010.  Prior to this venture, she was established with Green Valley Associates for several years, and has practiced Real Estate throughout the Napa Valley for 10 years.

Martha was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and has lived in Napa with her family for over 25 years.  Along with her husband, Mark, she has built many homes, ranging from new construction, to remodels and speculation.  Martha has an extensive background in the building, and construction industry, as well as experience in country properties.

Martha has developed a specialty boutique niche of providing and managing furnished rentals.  She offers corporate- type rentals to high- end estates, which can be found on her Exclusive Rentals website.  These rentals are a minimum of 30 days to standard 12 month leases.    If you are relocating to the Napa Valley, wanting a  summer vacation rental or looking to purchase a 2nd home, her expertise and selection will make your transition smooth and stress free.
